Our Holistic Health Principle

"The Key To Health And Fulfilment
Is Complete Balance In Mind And Body"

Established in 1992, the Freedom Holistics Centre offers kinesiology therapy to help clients achieve complete balance in both body and mind. We work on a body-priority basis. Believe it or not, you body may know more about its own problems than you realise!

On occasion, people present themselves for sessions with a particular problem. Using kinesiology techniques, we quickly establish which type of therapy or work a client requires. This is done on a priority basis. For example, a client may present with a stress-related problem, but the person may need building up nutritionally or structurally before they can cope with looking at their stress. We use kinesiology techniques to help us establish priority.

Equally well, a client may need to clear a stress before undertaking nutritional or structural work. This establishing of priority is achieved using kinesiology techniques and is a vital part of successful treatment. This priority testing ensures that your body gets exactly what it needs: the right area being worked on with the right treatment at the right time. Your body knows best!
